This class will focus on the following areas:

· Product Knowledge
· Effective Interview
· Effective Menu Presentation
|· Effective Product Presentations
· Presentation Skills
· Resistance /Objection Handling Techniques
· Increasing profits and PRU
· Modern sales psychology
This class is a 2 1/2 day format, and attendees are required to attend all three (3)days AND achieve a passing score to receive certification credit. There will be two (2) performance evaluations during this class. Attendees are asked to bring three (3) copies of the current menu being used at your dealership (with all products offered) and any current sales tools being used.
There will be required homework/studying to be completed on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Please refrain from scheduling any social events outside of meals for those evenings. We ask that you please make hotel reservations at the venue hotel.
